Event: Awareness talk on Ayurveda

As part of the 10th Ayurveda Day celebration, an awareness talk was conducted to educate students about the principles and benefits of Ayurveda. The session aimed to introduce the younger generation to this traditional system of medicine and its role in promoting holistic health and well-being.
The program was coordinated by Dr. Kirti Gite and Prof. Devki, with participation from students and the school’s Principal, Mrs. Ilamati. The talk provided insights into simple Ayurvedic practices that can be integrated into daily life.
